Replacement Policy

Our tray has been made with high-quality material and personally quality-checked before shipping. We further ensure your product is packaged properly so that you receive your much awaited travel tray in perfect condition. If your travel tray arrives damaged in any way, we look forward to making things right by offering you a free replacement. 

However, kindly note the following –

• To initiate a replacement, pls send an e-mail to Contact@trippytoes.in or Whatsapp us on +91 9867110089 with your Order ID.

• Please ensure that you raise a request within 2 days of receiving the product.

• It is mandatory to attach an unboxing video along with your request, for us to establish that the product had reached in a damaged condition. 

• Once your replacement is approved, the reverse pickup will be arranged within 7 days.

• Kindly pack the tray back in its original packaging, in an unused condition.

• Once we receive the product, we will ship your replacement order within 3-5 working days.

• Return/replacement and refund requests for any reason apart from damaged product delivery will not be entertained.

Cancellation Policy

1. The customer can cancel an order before the order is dispatched.

2. In case of any cancellation from Trippy Toes due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund is initiated for prepaid orders.

3. Trippy Toes reserves the right to accept the cancellation of any order at any time.
